About Us
Emma is a passionate fitness professional with a diverse background in both science and martial arts. After completing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne, Emma took a different path, choosing to pursue martial arts and travel rather than follow a traditional career in science. This journey eventually led to a deep interest in fitness, and Emma became a qualified personal trainer, starting out at a gym in the city.
In 2009, Emma took a bold step and opened a personal training studio in Brunswick, which became a thriving business. However, after the birth of two children, in 2012 and 2015, and the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Emma adapted by closing the studio and transitioning the business to a home and online model. Since 2021, Emma has created a welcoming, well-equipped studio space at home, allowing for a more flexible work-life balance and greater involvement in family life.
Emma first encountered the Weck Method during a qualification course in 2019, and it completely revolutionised her approach to functional training. As someone already passionate about movement, Emma was blown away by how the Weck Method goes beyond conventional training. It taps into the true essence of human movement, making EVERY STEP STRONGER (David Weck’s Motto). This approach is not only transformative for elite athletes but also incredibly beneficial for everyday people looking to feel and move better.
Over the years, Emma has seen firsthand how the Weck Method changes lives. When Emma asks clients what they love about it, they often highlight the unique combination of strength, balance, mobility, and power they gain — all without the typical soreness post-workout. What’s even more powerful is how these benefits carry over into their daily lives, improving their overall quality of life in the most positive way.

Beyond fitness, Emma has focused on personal growth and wellness, particularly navigating the challenges of perimenopause, which became a significant learning curve just before turning 50. Through this experience, Emma gained invaluable knowledge on managing this transition and now helps clients through similar challenges with empathy and insight.
With a passion for continuous learning, Emma has spent the last 10 years researching the mind and personal development. Completing wellness coaching courses and studying with experts such as Marisa Peers, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Tony Robbins, Emma is now focused on helping clients achieve breakthrough changes in their lives, combining fitness with mindset techniques to help them reach their goals faster and more effectively.
