  • Client and Trainer Agreement: 15 Week Results Guaranteed.

As your Personal Trainer, I am here to partner with you and help you achieve your body fitness goals. For you to achieve success, I would like to take this opportunity to set out the responsibilities for both you, the Client and me, your Trainer.

Client responsibilities and adherence to these policies for a minimum 15 weeks.

    1. Attending all required training sessions within the agreed time frame of 15 Weeks.

    2. 24-hour cancellation of session policy: If the Trainer is notified of a cancellation with at least 24-hour notice, then the Client is entitled to catch-up sessions and these sessions must be rescheduled. If, however the Trainer is notified of a cancellation less than 24 hours, (unless it’s Beyond Your Human Control condition, Point 3), then the session is forfeited. Catch-up sessions must be re-scheduled at time of cancellation.

2.1. If a client wishes to cancel a session, the weekly debit amount does not change.

    3. If you’re unable to attend and cancel a session due to circumstances regarded as Beyond Your Human Control, then your session/s may be re-scheduled. Examples of Beyond Your Human Control includes being in a car accident, a car accident which caused delayed arrival, family emergency, being sick and so on. In these circumstances, you’re entitled to a re-scheduled session. Delayed arrival from regular traffic is judgmental and therefore not covered.

    4. No SMS or Email cancellation whatsoever. Such messages will be disregarded. A phone call is the only means of cancellation between Client and Trainer unless otherwise stated by your Trainer.

4.1. If the Client is unable to train due to any officially declared reason from a doctor or any other recognised health care practitioner, then the trainer must be provided with a written letter or medical certificate from the related practitioner outlining the reasons why the client is unable to train. The Trainer may request the Client’s consent to contact the related practitioner if further information is required. This is to ensure a safe return to exercise and full understanding of the Client’s condition to assist in suitable exercise prescription.

    5. An early termination of this agreement incurs a fee equal to the weekly/fortnightly/monthly fixed charge remaining in your term or $400, whichever is less.

    6. A $9.90 dishonour fee may apply for each failed direct debit attempt.

    7. Completing the nutrition log on a daily basis and presenting this log to the Trainer at the agreed time interval.

    8. Following the suggested nutrition guidelines and making necessary lifestyle adaptations to support the healthy eating recommendations.

    9. Recording food intake as accurately as possible, in which the standard is explained by your Trainer.

    10. Completing the minimum workout sessions each week according to the standard specified by your Trainer.

    11. The cancellation policies (paragraphs 2-4.1) remain in place at all times when training with the Trainer.

    12. Results are only guaranteed by the Trainer if all the nutritional policies above are acted upon (paragraphs 7-9) and if the minimum weekly workout sessions are attended and completed (paragraph 10).
